2013 Enrolments Important Dates for 2013 Enrolment March 12 2012: Enrolment Packs available from the school office. April 30 – May 4 2012: Catholic Schools Week May 1 2012: OPEN DAY 9-11am. March – June 2012: Enrolment Interviews Begin July 2012: First Round of 2013 Enrolment Offers August – November 2012: Kindergarten small group visits. November 2 2012: Kindergarten Orientation 9:00am- 12:00pm in School Hall. Including morning tea and tour of the St Charles site. Enrolment Procedure 2013 In order to process your application we require the following: • A completed Application for Enrolment Once finalised, please return the completed forms, copies of required documents and the lodgement fee to the school (by post or in person), an interview time will then be arranged. The interview will be approx 30 minutes with Mr Peter Watkins (Principal), Fr Paul Monkerud (Parish Priest), your child and yourself. The Assistant Principal may also be present. Following the interview, you will receive a letter indicating if a place for 2013 will be offered. Once you receive an offer of placement it is most important that you respond by signing the tear off sheet and any other notes, and returning them to the school as soon as possible.
